Why Most End Up Broke Forever (They Didn't Focus On These 3 Things)
Focus on these 3 things to set yourself up.
The reason most end up broke is not because life is “unfair” — you’re broke because you lack urgency, accountability, and a way to make money.
You scroll, game, and dream — and never actually start. I was the same too though, a bum, no ambition, and the lowest in my class for a long time.
And honestly the world or dare I say “the Matrix” conditions you and wants you to be like this. Around 60% to 78% of male adults in the first world live paycheck to paycheck.
How does that even happen?
Idk, but the first thing to helping yourself avoid this comes down to your urgency, if you think you have time, you’ll slack on your work and bettering yourself. Thats why you always see bums around you. We’ve been sold this “oh you’re young, have fun, experience the world, etc.”
And in my experience you enjoy yourself the most when you’re proud of yourself. And being proud doesn’t come from scrolling, or doing whatever. It comes from being productive, making something of yourself and just being around your boys doing fun stuff occasionally.
Getting into a state of mind that gets you to want to be proud of yourself honestly comes down to these 2 beliefs that I’ve adopted.
You either REALLY need to Want a certain lifestyle, and/or you need to REALLY not want a certain lifestyle.
For me I’ve always had a mix of both, but for the most part I never want to experience my old life, nor do I want my future baby-Issa’s to go through that. So that helps with urgency in wanting to create something bigger than life.
That’s where my ambition comes from. And a lot of people do have ambition but they still can’t get themselves to focus on some type of work. And I’ve gone very in depth on this in a few of my videos but I wanna give you 2 quick action steps to help with getting yourself to either start or be more consistent with your work.
Before you go to bed tonight, write a plan for your day. Here is a picture of mine from the last 2 night. They’re my days off but you still get the jist.
Even if you stick to it 60% it’s much better than what you’re currently doing.
The second one is to change your environment. If you work on your laptop, in your room, but you always procrastinate in there it’s gonna be hard to lock in because your brain is already use to being lazy in there.
So either move your setup around or go to a different room to work. The majority of my work is outside which I find helps me and my team work a lot better too.
Here is a post where I essentially dive super deep into this if you wanna check it out: How to be more disciplined on your work
Second to Urgency, self Accountability, because it also really held me back when I was first starting to make money for myself.
This is how I view it— you need to blame yourself for everything that happens to you, regardless if other people or circumstances are at play. I’ve blamed myself for Every single bad thing that’s happened to me in my life.
But I also blame myself for every good thing that’s happened in my life. And when you can blame yourself for Everything you instantly get full control over your life. And control is what leads to getting money and building yourself the life you want.
All you should want is control, the people at the top of the world, like government, businesses, and leaders all want control because without it you cant do anything, and you will always be at the mercy of “daddy.”
That’s why I dont like working For people. I will always work With people. And you need to as well.
I don’t know your circumstances so I’m not gonna tell you to quit your job and start something on your own or with your friends. But I will tell you to start something small or on the side until you can get some results and money with it first.
But if you don’t have a job or responsibilities go the route of starting something and committing yourself to it. Because there’s not that much time left. If you don’t find a way to take control of your life, someone else will, that’s also another thing that gave me urgency in the beginning.
Lastly you need some type of vehicle to get you money. If you’re literally just starting out and you have no business experience and you want something that sells very easily you need to join BluePrint (BluePrint mini). I show you exactly how I started my business in high school and made $50,000 in one summer.
If you wanna go another route the #1 thing you need to keep in mind when going into business is this.
You need to either find something that can be sold at such a high scale. Or you need to find something Very high ticket.
If you can sell 1000 units of Anything, you will be rich. Or if you can sell a few $10,000 products or services, you will also be rich.
And whether you wanna do something in the real world or online here is the best advice I can give you on that. It’s much easier to start, and make money in the real world. But it’s much easier to scale doing something online.
And in terms of what you can start, I’ve only built BlueShine, had sales jobs and also sold digital products based around my personal brand, that’s what I’ve had success with so I can’t say or teach anything else because I don’t know how it’s done.
But just keep the scale + high ticket model in mind and also the online/in person thing in mind and ideas will come to you.
After you get the ideas, you then need the urgency to start fast and also keep yourself accountable when you don’t get results.
I’ll finish with this: if you’re not where you want to be yet, good. That means there’s still time. But don’t waste another week pretending you’ve got time. Because one day, you’ll wake up and realize you waited too long.
Thank you for reading, have an amazing day:)
