How I've Built Un-Shakable Confidence

It comes from building self belief, here's how I did it.

Up until I was 17 I was always worried about what others would think about me and my actions, so I Never took action or tried to do anything big with my life because of my un-confidence.

And you may be going through the same thing as me. Regardless of your age because everyones journey is different, but a lot of the times the experience and story is fairly similar.

So in this post I’m gonna tell you exactly how I went about making the transition from the shy, self conscious old me to the person who doesn’t care what anyone thinks of me.

Because this shift is what allowed me to start my businesses, make over $120,000 at 19, and also start posting online to help others become the person worthy of hitting their goals.

Now the first thing I did before I took my first actionable step was this.

I found some inspiration. Because without inspiration or without seeing someone who you kinda wanna be like, it’s pretty hard to take the next step, or even to know what the next step is.

For me this happened when I was going through a pretty heavy Andrew Tate phase. This was just before he really started to blow up as-well and right after Covid started to die down.

I saw the money he was making and it was inspiring. And on top of that our family lost pretty much everything we had at the time and it made me realize.

If I don’t make some changes, I’m going to live like this forever. So before I took my next step which I’ll tell you in a second, I found some inspiration and also had a chip on my shoulder.

If you don’t have a crazy big chip on your shoulder it’s not a big deal.

But find some people in real or even online life that you can look up too.

The first thing I did was get a job, a job doing door to door sales. And as much as I think everyone should try and work a sales job, it kinda depends on what you wanna do.

Because sales was also very important to me because my ultimate goal was to get into business for myself, which I’ve achieved. If your end goal is money and business, do this, go on indeed and just search for sales jobs, or even go to instagram and find some influencers doing it in your city and reach out to them.

Sales is very easy to get into, even if you have no experience, because for the most part its a numbers game, so the more people a manager or owner can get, the more money they can make.

There’s also another way to go about this. And this is what made kind of a bigger difference too.

Find a way to commit yourself to something much bigger than what you’re currently doing.

My first year after the sales job I started my business and I had hired 4 people in my first month or 2 in while I was 17. That was very hard for me because I had never managed anyone and I had to pay these people now lol.

So I just had to step up and be a leader to my guys. I had to teach them, motivate them, etc. So I just forced myself to have to become someone confident, because how am I gonna tell them to do or act in some way when I myself am not doing that.

If you wanna copy me fully, I have a free and paid guide to starting which you can check out. And if this is what you wanna commit yourself too, it’ll be the best investment you’ll ever make into yourself.

And while I was running the team I was still out making sales, speaking to the customers, etc.

So find a way to commit yourself to something, preferably something where there’s a LOT of communication.

Because when you’re speaking to people, you’re practicing and increasing your skill of speaking and also increasing your own self belief.

Essentially when you’re committed to something you will view yourself higher and that is honestly the only way to go about becoming more confident in yourself.

Your belief about yourself.

Because I and you most likely as well, felt the most unconfident when we were working on nothing big.

Doing school work is not that fulfilling. Playing Fortnite is Not fulfilling. So if that’s what you’re doing, how can you expect yourself to be confident, you aren’t doing anything meaningful or challenging. So obviously you won’t grow.

And when you do either start working a sales job, or something very communication heavy or even start a business, you view yourself as someone more important.

And with that small shift in your brain you will be more confident.

And the last thing I’ll recommend which made a crazy difference in my confidence even after the business, and hiring, etc. Was making these videos. If you look at my first video, I was speaking like a little girl, and that video was made either right before or right after I started my main business.

Don’t even do it for fame or money, but just to document your progress and maybe even to inspire others.

That’s how I went from a pussy nerd to Issa Fard and how I’d not only go about it again but also what I’d recommend to you as well.
